WASH Infrastructure: Planning, design and management of community-based drinking water supply schemes, gravity-flow water systems, sanitation facilities and hygiene promotion.
Road & Bridge Engineering: Construction supervision, DPR review, structural inspection, rehabilitation and maintenance management.
Construction & Project Management: Infrastructure project management, program planning, resource mobilization, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
Public Procurement & Contract Administration: FIDIC contracts, public procurement procedures, bidding documents, bid evaluation and procurement management.
Contractual Claims & Dispute Resolution: Contract administration, variation orders (VOs), extension of time (EOT), dispute resolution and technical auditing.
Employment-Intensive & Community Infrastructure: Labour-based infrastructure development, community contracting and rural accessibility planning.
Fixed Asset Valuation & Surveying: Property and fixed asset valuation, safety and security auditing, and civil engineering surveying.
